Policy Handbook :
The Catholic Youth Council’s Policy Handbook outlines its purpose, goals, policies and procedures, and governs its operation.
The Policy Handbook is in effect for 2026 Soccer and Volleyball seasons and the 2027 Chess, Basketball, Golf, Baseball, Softball and Track seasons.
