CYC COVID-19 Operating Procedures

CYC Guidelines

CYC is cooperating with local health departments throughout St. Louis/St. Charles region to ensure we are providing a safe experience for our players, officials, volunteers, and spectators.  Below you will find information about each of our current programs.

Baseball/Softball & Lacrosse – posted 4/28/21

The CDC guidelines as of 4/27/21 state that whether a person is vaccinated or not, people do not have to wear masks outdoors if they are alone or with members of their household and can also go maskless in small outdoor gatherings with fully vaccinated people.

  • It is recommended that masks are worn by coaches in the dugout/sideline and when not socially distanced from players.
  • It is recommended that spectators socially distance themselves and wear masks when not socially distanced outside.
  • Players and officials are allowed to participate in the game without a mask.  Masks must be worn in the dugout by players or officials when meeting or consulting with coaches and players (pregame meeting, etc.)
  • 4 spectators are allowed.  Facilities have the right to limit the number of spectators at a field.

Thank you for your patience and understanding and for helping us get the kids to play the games they enjoy!
