The Catholic Youth Council’s Policy Handbook outlines its purpose, goals, policies and procedures, and governs its operation.
The Policy Handbook is in effect for 2025 Soccer and Volleyball seasons and the 2026 Basketball, Chess, Golf, Baseball, Softball and Track seasons.
